New Model Suite Open

Since opening our first model suite last year, we’ve heard time and again how much visitors have enjoyed the sleek, modern décor and open layout. Indeed, the Caribbean Blue Water wall has found its way into the hearts and homes of more than one new buyer at 17 Chapel since first seeing it there.

Great Room with Skyline View

We’ve recently sold our Empire model and are ready to open our new Grand Hudsonview model condo to the public. You are invited to be among the first to see it! This time, our model totals 2,320 square feet, spanning the whole east side of the building with panoramic views of the Albany skyline from the abundant windows and two terraces.

Gourmet Kitchen

Inside, this condo has 2,120 square feet of sophisticated living space. The Great Room has two wings for separate living and dining areas. There are two bedrooms plus a library, two and a half bathrooms. The master suite features two walk-in closets and a luxury, spa-style bath and shower.

View of City Skyline from Guest Bedroom

We’ve built in many luxury conveniences, including a fully integrated wireless media system, imported marble tile, and even a bathtub that fills from the ceiling – you have to see this to believe how it works!

If you’ve toured 17 Chapel before, come and see us again – you haven’t seen a luxury condo like this. If you’ve been planning to visit but haven’t made it down for whatever reason – now is your chance to see upscale metropolitan living right here in downtown Albany.
